1. Call to Order

   The meeting was called to order by Joanna Anagnostakos-Glynn at 7:15 p.m.

   Motion made to approve minutes by Sharlene, seconded by Clancy

   Meeting minutes approved as submitted

4. KSC Fundraising Accounts Update (General & Casino) – Sharlene Start

   General Account – Actual Balance = $66,726.49 / Adjusted Balance = $66,726.49

   Casino Account – Actual Balance = $19,071.85 / Adjusted Balance = $19,071.85

5. Legacy Project Account Update - Sharlene Start

   General Account – Actual Balance = $10,926.66 / Adjusted Balance = $10,926.66

   Sharlene provided a review of the funds/spending to date

   Question from Joanna: Is there a timeframe for spending the casino funding? Was 18 months but has been extended for 3 years as schools weren’t spending as much through COVID

6. New Business

   Our music teacher Mrs. Charlton-Brennan will be participating in a conference in Vancouver, was planning on using her $500 fund for this, would be a $152 extra payment to cover the cost of this conference registration fee. It’s an Orff Music Conference and would benefit the entire school. All other travel expenses are covered by Mrs. Charlton-Brennan.

   Sharlene put a motion to approve our music teacher to use $155 to cover the cost of the registration and allow her classroom to cover these costs.

   Clancy seconded the motion.

   Show of hands, motion passed to approve this spend.
